I found the team at Solahart Bundaberg very professional & friendly to deal with. Brian – their rep who came to our home was fully informative & showed facts, figures & placement of the panels should we go ahead with installation. We were given assurances that they would take care of paperwork with our energy provider & we don’t have to do anything. We were given courtesy call by office staff to advise installation date & 2nd call days prior to installation confirming the date. Installers called on the morning of install to advise they were on their way. The communication was excellent which was such a pleasant surprise & experience compared to another solar company that saw us lodge complaint with Office of Fair Trading to get our money refunded. I would so recommend Solahart Bundaberg to anyone considering installation of Solar. By the way , the installers were professional & friendly – my hats off to them who work on hot tin rooves every day
