Our solar panels were installed last week and as I won’t know how it is reducing our bill until end of March. But I would like to say — the team of men that installed the system, were great — and as I said to my husband — there was no loud yelling or swearing and they were polite and nice/good men. We were extremely impressed with the delivery and installation of our new Solarhart hot water system. Highly recommend.

The solar hot water system works well thank you. It was quickly installed with again I say thanks. Communication was only problem . After a week conversation about getting a new system I rang to find out what was happening. I got oh sorry I haven’t sent the email yet Two days it was installed which was excellent. I also asked to talk to the installer prior to work commencing to make sure that the correct solar system was removed ( as there are three on the roof ) plus concern about corrosion in colourbond roof. No call was made and I still don’t have any information about the roof. Thanks for the instalment I do recognise that I was not at the property during the installation.

My dealings with Solahart have been very good. Having to wait due to time restraints was something I understood and staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would use them for any other solar issues that I may have in the future.

Great, prompt service

the removal of the old system and fitment of the new system was extremely good.That the inverter was Chinese was very disappointing, to me that does not indicate good quality. Also there was no explanation given to me of the leds on the inverter.Earlier this morning the top indicator was flashing 4 times,going off then flashing 4 times again I watched the indicator for a minute or so and this sequence kept going.i went back about 30 minutes later and it was solid orange.So I suppose every thing is ok.Things like that concerns me as I have little understanding of electronics.

i have no complaints about the service i got from solahart from the time i decided to get solar panel every thing went perfect from start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with ever personal that was involved they were all pleasant to talk to and i would deal with them again if the time ever came back around

Installation was fast but not rushed, we are very happy with the whole package.

Everything was well done and the whole team from getting the quote through to the installation were amazing. The only criticism ,and that is only nitpicking is that they said they would ring to let us know they were coming but I had ring the day before to make sure they were still coming. Thanks to Luke and his team my hot water system was replaced with as little hassle as possible and everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Smooth all the way, from first contact to completion. I had a 20 year old Solahart system replaced with a new one & I can’t believe the difference in efficiency. Haven’t had water this hot for a few years now. The old collector panels were partially blocked with deposits from the water & very faded, but the system was still working OK albeit not heating the water efficiently. The installers turned up with the new system on time and were very efficient carrying out their work.

Thanks to the guys who installed the solar panels, they were very professional. I strongly recommend Solahart, the panels looks great.

From the quote stage to the install solarhart was very professional and kept me up to date with the progress. On install day the boys did a great job removing old system and installing new system. The electrician cleaned up our metre box and brought it all up to spec which was very appreciated. Luke told us a 13.2kw was the system we needed already it is generating plenty of power in winter can’t wait to see it perform in the warmer months. Great honest company and top service. Would recommend these guys over anyone else.
